What Happens When You Request Our House Call Service?
When you call us about our service, we will need to know the nature of your request and the patient location and preferred date and time of appointment. Once we have this information a fee quote will be given. If the appointment is confirmed, your doctor will then arrive to provide our house call service. With our house calls, your doctor always allows as much time as you need to have your questions answered. Patients have the option to go to their preferred pharmacy, lab or x-ray facility. Payment for our service is made by credit card or cash before or at the time of service. After any further questions are answered, the physician departs. But this is not where it ends. The physician will provide easy direct contact details for followup questions or problem troubleshooting. There is no extra charge for followup phone guidance given after the house call. Mental Capacity Declaration & Conservatorship forms are usually completed same day. RCFE Form 602 is completed same day or once the required tuberculosis test result is available. For more information about tuberculosis testing click here.
Health Insurance: We require payment at the time of service. We do not work with any insurances.
Payment by cash or credit card. HSA and FSA cards accepted.
